How to set up IPTV on an Android TV box in the UK.

Five-step checklist

Prepare Android TV

Open Settings from the Android TV home screen and find the security or app installation options for your model. Allow Downloader to install apps from external sources. If required, install Downloader first from the Google Play Store.

Download IBO Player

Open Downloader and enter code 1171959. You can also type ibodesk.com/iboupdate.apk directly into the address field. Select Go and wait for the APK file to download.

Install and tidy up

Install IBO Player when prompted. Once installation has finished, select Done and delete the downloaded APK file to recover storage space on the device.

Send your device details

Launch IBO Player and note or photograph the MAC Address and Device Key displayed on first opening. Send both details to IPTVUK4K Support so our team can activate the subscription remotely, normally within a few minutes.

Restart and begin watching

When support confirms that activation is complete, close and reopen IBO Player. Your playlist should load automatically with the live channels, films and series included with your subscription.
